Call for Applications: German-Turkish Masters Program in Social Sciences

The German-Turkish Masters Program in Social Sciences (GeT MA) is now accepting applications for admission in the fall of 2010. Interested students may send their application packages to the program office at the Berlin Graduate School of Social Sciences until May 28, 2010. Application materials are available online at

The GeT MA Program is a unique, interdisciplinary, and integrated Masters Program in Social Sciences. It is taught at the Middle East Technical University of Ankara, Turkey and the Humboldt-Universitat zu Berlin, Germany. All students of GeT MA attend their first year of studies in Ankara and their second year in Berlin. Upon completion of the program, a Dual-Master of Arts in Social Sciences in awarded from both universities.

Upcoming Information Sessions: Fulbright Grant Programs

Erin Crawley, Fellowships Advisor in the International Institute, will hold undergraduate information sessions for Fulbright grant programs during the spring semester. Graduating seniors apply in the fall of their final year, but it’s not too early to begin preparing for application deadlines.

Ms. Crawley will discuss Fulbright research, course of study, and English Teaching Assistantships. (Fulbright awards are federally funded grants, and applicants must therefore be U.S. citizens.)
